Do you offer net rates for white-label selling?

Yes. Qualified trade partners can request confidential net rates and sell tailor-made itineraries under their own brand with unbranded documents. We remain invisible to your client and handle all ground operations.

Which countries and safaris do you cover?

We are a destination management company for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda — from the Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro to Bwindi and Volcanoes gorilla trekking, plus Zanzibar and Kenya's coast. We focus on mid-range, luxury and ultra-luxury travel rather than budget.

How quickly do you turn around quotes?

Trade partners receive detailed, fully costed itineraries within 24 hours through a dedicated partnerships desk, with a direct contact and WhatsApp line for fast follow-ups.

Is there a sign-up fee or minimum booking volume?

No. Joining as a trade partner is free with no minimum volume. Commission tiers and net-rate access scale with the volume you produce, but you can start with a single booking.

How and when is commission paid?

Commission is confirmed when your client's deposit is received and settled per agreed terms. Net-rate partners simply pay the net invoice and keep the difference as their margin.

Do you provide on-the-ground support for our clients?

Yes. We provide 24/7 in-destination support across all four countries — transfers, guides, lodges, park fees and permits are all handled by our local team, with a single point of contact for you.
