We have just returned from an incredible week-long safari in Kenya with our family, and we cannot recommend Imara Africa Safaris highly enough. From our very first interaction, Susan was exceptionally attentive, responsive, and professional. As a large family with a relatively limited budget, we were concerned that our dream safari might not be possible, but Susan went above and beyond to create an itinerary that met our expectations while staying within budget. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled promptly and efficiently. A special mention must go to our guide, Simon, who was simply outstanding. His knowledge of the wildlife, nature, and local culture was remarkable, and he made every effort to accommodate our wishes and ensure we had the best possible experience. He was patient, attentive, and always eager to share his expertise. Most importantly, our children absolutely adored him, and he played a huge part in making this trip so memorable for our entire family. The whole experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, filled with unforgettable moments and amazing wildlife encounters. We could not have wished for a better-organized safari or a more dedicated team. Thank you, Susan, Simon, and everyone at Imara Africa Safaris for making our dream come true.
