Located on the world-famous Diani Beach along Kenya's South Coast, Baobab Beach Resort & Spa is easily accessible by air, road, and rail, making it one of the most convenient beach destinations in Kenya.

Perched on the rim of the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, this lodge offers breathtaking views of the crater floor and one of the best safari locations in Tanzania. Its position allows guests early access to the crater, where wildlife viewing is exceptional year-round.
This is the dry season and the most popular time to visit. Wildlife is easier to spot as animals gather around water sources and vegetation becomes less dense. The weather is cool and clear, making it ideal for game drives and photography. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the few places in Africa where you have an excellent chance of seeing the Big Five in a single day.
One of the most rewarding times to visit. The nearby Ndutu plains host the Great Migration calving season, when thousands of wildebeest calves are born. Predator activity increases significantly, offering dramatic wildlife encounters. Landscapes are lush and green, creating stunning photographic opportunities.
The short rains bring fresh vegetation, fewer crowds, and excellent birdwatching opportunities. Wildlife remains abundant within the crater, and the scenery is particularly beautiful.
These are the wettest months in the Ngorongoro Highlands. While rain is more frequent, the crater remains rich in wildlife because many animals are resident year-round. Travelers benefit from lower rates, fewer visitors, and spectacular green landscapes.
Built directly into the crater rim with spectacular panoramic views.
One of the closest lodges to the crater descent roads, allowing early morning access before crowds arrive.
Excellent opportunities to see black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous bird species.
A perfect base for combining Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara safaris.
