By Air: The quickest and most convenient way to reach Kontiki Serengeti Camp is by a scheduled flight from Arusha Airport to Seronera Airstrip, which takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival, guests are met by the camp team and transferred to the camp, often enjoying wildlife sightings en route.
By Road: Guests can travel from Arusha through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area into Serengeti National Park. The journey takes approximately 7–9 hours, depending on the route, park stops, and wildlife viewing opportunities along the way. This option is ideal for travelers who wish to experience Tanzania's stunning landscapes and wildlife during transit.

This is the most popular time to visit Mara River Camp. The dry season brings exceptional wildlife viewing as animals gather around rivers and water sources. Wildlife visibility is at its highest, making this the best period for first-time safari visitors and photographers.
