Safari Details

Tanzania is the ultimate safari destination. And a safari in the Serengeti National Park (Tanzania’s first and most famous national park) and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (where you’ll find the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater) is the best of the best and the main reason a lot of people choose to visit Tanzania in the first place.
These areas are home to the annual wildebeest migration and when you see this spectacle, you will really understand the meaning of the circle of life. Think of vast open plains, spectacular scenery, and all the animals of your dreams. Lions, hyenas, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and zebra roam the savannah, locked in a constant battle for survival.
It’s fascinating and humbling in equal measure.

What to Expect

As you enjoy your Serengeti game and stay in a secluded valley offering breathtaking views across the plains and brilliant sunsets, a photographers dream, you are sure of seeing these high concentrations of large cats, the big five and many more soaring over this Savannah grassland. Between April and June, and November to January the wildebeest migration converges into this area, boosting the numbers and making for very exciting safaris.
Onto Ngorongoro, Marvel at the paradise the Ngorongoro Crater is, with the variety and abundance of game and brilliant vistas. Game drives to the floor of the crater in the early morning give photographers optimal light conditions combined with fascinating wildlife:

  • Lion
  • Cheetah
  • Impala
  • Elephant
  • Zebra
  • Warthog
  • Buffalo
  • Giraffes
