Are you a lover of the big five, birds, and the African predators in their natural jungles? This trip is tailored in a way that ensures you enjoy and experience the best of Kenyan nature.
Starting with the expansive Maasai Mara National Reserve which is home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, and giraffes. It's also known for its famous wildebeest migration. A Lake Nakuru trip takes you through undulating terrain with open bush and woodlands, typical of the dry rift valley vegetation. Twenty-seven percent of the park is composed of the Lake Nakuru waters with pink flamingos. The Park was declared a Rhino Sanctuary in 1983.
Amboseli is another unique Park for its geographical position at the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro and also on its open plains are the huge tusked African elephants. Tsavo East offers an exciting expedition of surveying giant elephant herds and other fierce carnivores. It's also diverse in its fauna. Tsavo West has the remnants of broken volcanic hills whereas Mzima Springs house beautiful fish, crocodiles, and hippos in luscious crystal-clear water.

Day to day

Itinerary

Day 1 - Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Today our representative will pick you up from your Nairobi hotel or Airport in the morning drive to Masai Mara through The Great African Rift Valley and Narok Town. You will arrive in time for lunch. check in at your lodge/camp and have lunch.

In the Afternoon you will have your 1st game drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo and other members of the Big five plus other animals.

Safaris can be tiring, so after your first day out exploring the plains of the Masai Mara, head back to your accommodation for dinner and a restful sleep.

Destination:  Masai Mara National Park.
Travel Time: 5 to 6 hrs. (265 Km)

Day 2 - Fully Day in Masai Mara National Reserve

Thought preceding afternoon game drive was it, Nothing beats a full Day exploring Mara.

Eat breakfast at 0630hrs and then make your way into the park with a picnic lunch in hand at 0700hrs. You will spend the entire day exploring the reserve in search of the big five of African safari as well as your favourite animals; you can tell your guide what you’re looking for and they will use their expertise to try and fulfil your desires. Over 450 species of birds have been recorded here.

You should keep an eye out for rhinos, leopards, elephants, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, warthogs, jackals, lions, many types of antelopes, crocodiles and giraffe. Whether you are a game love or an ornithologist, the Mara never disappoints!

You will eat your picnic lunch right in the heart of the park and surrounded by the beauty that no doubt drew you to come on safari in the first place.

Return to your lodge/camp in the evening and relax as you contemplate trough the striking events of the day. Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp.

Day 3 - Masai Mara National Reserve – Lake Nakuru National park

To soon to leave Mara ? No!! definitely we will have covered and explored the best of the entire park.

To say goodbye to the Masai Mara you will have one last game drive after your breakfast, as you depart from the plains. The morning is a spectacular time to drive through the park with the light of a new day spilling over the land and the animals beginning their new day.

Later our guide will drive you through the scenic Rift Valley escarpment arriving on time for lunch at the lodge/camp inside Lake Nakuru National Park. Proceed for an late afternoon game drive from 16:00hrs to 18:30 hours.

This park is home to eye-catching flocks of the Greater and lesser flamingos which color the shores of the lake pink. The park has the highest concentration of birds with over 450 bird species recorded here which include pelicans, egrets, plovers and storks. It is also one of the few places that you will see the endangered black and white rhino as well as the Rothschild giraffe.

Return to Lodge/Camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 - Lake Nakuru National park - Amboseli National Park

The Day to divert our direction and head to discover more from South Kenya.

Enjoy your early morning breakfast game en-route and leave Lake Nakuru for your next destination Amboseli National Park. What you will notice as you come closer to the park is the sight of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will arrive in time for lunch, check in at the Lodge/camp have lunch and settle.

Once your luggage is safely at your accommodation there’ll be an afternoon game drive, showcasing a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro and great game of this part of the Serengeti.

Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp. This day on your wildlife safari includes:

Travel Time: 6 to 7 hrs. (373 Km)

Day 5 - Full Day in Amboseli National Park

Today You’ll rise early for a pre-breakfast game drive. Life pervades every nook and valley of the grasslands at this time of day – nocturnal animals head to their resting places as the animals of the day begin their cycle of feeding and preying that breathes energy into the landscape.

Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain, watches over you roaming and with luck the clouds won’t roll in before you get your perfect photograph of the snow-capped peak. Spend your day looking out for

>Elephants, Giraffes, Rhinos, Zebras, Wildebeest

And all the other fauna that live off the luscious, green grasslands of Kenya.

Lunch is served picnic style, surrounded by the beauty of the park and dinner is served at your accommodation. Included in the fifth day of your Kenyan safari is:

Day 6 - Amboseli National Park - Tsavo West National Park

Enjoy your early breakfast and bid farewell to Amboseli, as Kilimanjaro looms large in the background. A final game drive through the park comes before the journey to Tsavo West National Park.

Tsavo is one of the oldest and largest parks in Kenya, and is dissected by a highway splitting the ranges into West and East parks. The Tsavo river meanders through the palm groves, riverine forests, and grasslands of the park, presenting ample game spotting opportunity.

Lunch and dinner will be served at your accommodation, located within the park boundaries. Included in this day of your wildlife safari is:

Travel Time: 3 to 4 hrs. (160 Km)

Day 7 - Tsavo West National Park - Tsavo East National Park

Early morning breakfast game en-route with a visit to Mzima Springs later on depart Tsavo West to Tsavo East national pack which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man eating lions Game en route to the lodge. Check in and have lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, another game drive at the park later dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp.

Travel Time: 3 to 4 hrs. (217 Km)

Day 8 - Tsavo East National Park - Mombasa/Nairobi

Today after breakfast, bid Tsavo bye and proceed with Game en-route drive out of Tsavo East and drive to Mombasa or Nairobi which is less than 7 hrs drive.

Drop off to your hotel in Mombasa North coast or Diani south coast or if headed to Nairobi  at the Airport. You will arrive Mombasa to your hotel around lunch time.
